Praevidens.ai ("we", "us", "the Platform") is an AI-powered e-commerce analytics platform operated by MSB Robotics. We provide dashboard analytics, AI business insights, and consumer intelligence tools for online stores.
We process the following categories of data on behalf of store owners (our customers):
Account data: email address, store name, regional settings (timezone, currency, country, language).
Store data: order history, product catalog, customer purchase records, discount codes, and revenue metrics — sourced from connected platforms (Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads).
Customer data: email addresses, order history, purchase frequency, and behavioral patterns of your store's customers. This data is provided by you through your connected platforms.
AI interaction data: questions asked to the AI analyst, generated insights, and (with consent) memory graph nodes that improve recommendations over time.
Analytics: to calculate KPIs, generate reports, and display dashboard visualizations.
AI Insights: to provide business analysis, recommendations, and confidence-scored action plans. Customer data sent to AI models is pseudonymized (email addresses are hashed).
Consumer Intelligence: to predict repurchase cycles, generate personalized offers, and track conversion outcomes. Requires explicit consent.
Memory Graph: to remember business context between AI sessions for increasingly accurate recommendations. Requires explicit consent and can be deleted at any time.
Infrastructure: Hetzner Cloud (Germany/EU), Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row Level Security).
AI Processing: Anthropic Claude API. Customer data is pseudonymized before transmission. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training.
Memory Graph: Turso DB (AWS EU West). Isolated from main database. Contains only extracted business facts, not raw customer data.
Encryption: TLS in transit, encrypted at rest in all storage systems.
We integrate with the following services at your direction:
Shopify — order and product data (via your access token)
Google Analytics 4 — traffic and conversion data (via OAuth)
Google Search Console — search performance data (via service account)
Meta Marketing API — advertising spend and performance (via your token)
Anthropic Claude — AI analysis (pseudonymized data only)
Stripe — subscription billing (when activated)
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
During onboarding, you choose which features to enable:
Data Processing Agreement (required): basic analytics and dashboard functionality.
AI Memory (optional): allows AI to retain business insights between sessions. You can delete all memory data from Settings at any time.
Email Automation (optional): allows AI to generate customer offers. All offers require your manual approval before any action is taken.
You can modify these consents at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard.
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
Access your personal data and receive a copy
Rectify inaccurate data
Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Restrict or object to processing
Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
To exercise these rights, use the Settings page or contact us at the address below.
Active customer data: retained for 24 months from the date of last purchase or interaction. After this period, data is automatically anonymized or deleted.
Account data: retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or uninstall, we delete all associated data within 30 days.
AI Memory Graph: retained until you disable AI Memory in Settings, or until account deletion. You can delete all memory nodes at any time.
Offer history: retained for 12 months for conversion tracking and performance analysis.
Anonymized data: aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.
Shopify webhook handlers for customers/redact and shop/redact are implemented and process deletion requests automatically.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on our platform. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):
Right to Know: you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purpose, and third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete: you may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is needed.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Data: we do not process sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the services.
Automated Decision-Making (ADMT): our Consumer Intelligence feature uses AI to predict repurchase timing and generate personalized offers. This constitutes automated decision-making. You may opt out of AI-powered profiling at any time via Settings or by submitting a privacy request.
Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights.
